R2 Beach and Bay Condo

The property was so convenient to everything in Watch Hill. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen, and a wonderful front porch and eat out patio. Easy to get to the public beach, down to the shops, and just to mill around town. Sitting just right on the front porch you can see the sunset which is gorgeous or take a hop up to the lighthouse for a spectacular view. Erich has done a fantastic job making sure the space is comfortable and special. Very easy to work with. We will be back.

Erich was very communicative, and the place was so much larger than I expected. You simply can’t beat this location and it was great to be able to rent it to be near my family for my cousin's wedding. Thank you again Erich!

The condo in Watch Hill was the perfect location for a kick-off to summer family trip. The place was very clean, well-stocked, much larger than expected, and nicely decorated. The location doesn't get any better being right in the heart of historic Watch Hill. Sitting on the porch watching the main road and carousel was a highlight! Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the end of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

Our family of 4 stayed here while we were attending a wedding at Ocean House. It was a very quick walk, and you are in the middle of everything, but it is so quiet and spacious. We definitely want to come back! Communication with the owner made you feel that you were friends for years! Thank you Erich!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Watch Hill. Erich's home was meticulous, beautiful and in a perfect location. Erich was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of this condo is in walking distance to many gems... including town, Napatree Reservation, the Watch Hill Lighthouse great little shops and magnificent sight-seeing. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how much fun we did have.

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in Watch Hill staying at Erich’s lovely condo. It was just as pictured, in the perfect location, and Erich was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We hope to return for the same long weekend next year!

My wife Sandra & I booked this Unit for my Birthday weekend. We planned dinner at Ellas Restaurant for the first night That was delicious. Second day we had breakfast at Sift Bakery down the street from our Unit. Be prepared to wait in line their that good. They open at 8am. The unit comes with Beach access so we took advantage of that and spent a couple of hours taking in the sun. Lastly we went to the Ocean House Hotel for dinner. All in all great weekend. The place was spotless very comfortable felt like home. Excellent location u can see and hear the ocean from deck. Would definitely stay again next summer. Oh and bonus the owner let us go up to roof top deck to enjoy the view for a couple hours. Best relaxing vacation ever.

My two adult children, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Erich’s unit. He was there when we arrived and checked in with us twice throughout the week. The unit is clean and very well-kept, and all the appliances and finishes are on the higher end. The best part is the balcony which overlooks downtown Watch Hill with the ocean in the background. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning and drinks every afternoon. It’s very relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay there again next year! Stayed Jul 2020

This is the perfect RI beach experience! The condo is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Most of your beach supplies are in the spacious closets. The beach is right across the street and shopping and restaurants are right out your door. The lighthouse and East beach are a short walk up the street. My family and i stayed at this condo right in the heart of watch hill in late June. The owner, Erich, has everything we could need - washing machine, towels, kitchen supplies, soaps and detergents, etc etc. Comfy beds, spacious living room, and fun deck to people watch and grill! Photos don't due this property justice. Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo with fully-equipped kitchen. Owner is member of Carousel Beach (directly across the street). Renters have access to beach and all its amenities (restrooms, changing rooms, umbrella/beach chair rentals, food stand.) Very convenient for older members of our party. Younger members enjoyed morning run at Napatree Beach and body surfing at Easton Beach (public path just up the road). Ate breakfast and dinner out on front porch. I have only positive things to say about our stay here. The condo is gorgeous, very clean, and has everything we needed! The location is convenient to the beach, and the shops and restaurants which are right across the street, downstairs in the same building, and down the street. We enjoyed a wonderful week in this special spot in Watch Hill. Condo was lovely and super clean - walking distance to everything in the village & beaches. So great not to have to look for parking during the busy summer! Recommend this vacation home highly.

Rented this lovely condo for a girls weekend in late May. The unit is absolutely lovely, spacious, very clean & cared-for and well-appointed. The two parking spaces are near the door and super convenient. The owner is very responsive, helpful with whatever questions I had and was overall, a pleasure to work with on the rental process. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with new appliances, and had both a Keurig and drip coffee makers, blender, and plenty of cookware and serving items.
