Cancellation Policies
- Full refund of amount paid, less $500 if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. We do charge a security deposit with full refund if there is no damage.

Check in after: 4:00 PM
Check out before: 11:00 AM
- Children allowed- DO HAVE A LIMIT OF 2 CHILDREN LESS THAN 16 YEARS
- Minimum age to rent: 28.
- No pets
- No events
- No smoking
- Max guests: 4 for the R3 Penthouse | 6 for the R2 Beach & Bay Condo
