Excellent! The space, the cleanliness, all the amenities were top of the line.  The location in the center of the lovely seaside village, and the view over the harbor are superb!!

Property is beautiful! Great location right across from the beach. Easy walking to ice cream, cute shops, good delis, etc. we had a lovely time and would definitely return!

My husband and I enjoyed the solitude of early Fall in Watch Hill. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. We walked miles and miles on the empty beaches.

Such a great spot! I've been going to Watch Hill for years, Erich's location is by far the best we've ever stayed at. You not only get great views and amenities but also quick and easy access to all of the shops. Erich was very easy to get in touch with and made sure we had a great stay. Even though we had some poor weather we had a blast. I will definitely be looking to book Erich's beach pad again!

The condo was vary clean and well organized with everything we needed! We were especially comfortable with the COVID situation as we could take the stairs and never really ran into other guests. The condo includes entrance to the beach by the Carousel which is a nice option instead of walking to East Beach. The rooftop terrace was very special. What an amazing location and well appointed condo! You really cannot beat the views from the roof deck of this property. Being able to so easily take advantage of the shops and restaurants in town as well as being a short walk from the beach was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best rental properties I've stayed in. The furnishings are high-end and beautiful. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well kept the condo is. A beautiful, immaculate and comfortable condo. Roof top deck a big plus. Location close to 2 beaches plus downtown. Most people wore masks and kept respectful distance on beaches.

My wife, teenage son and I had the pleasure of staying in Erich's condo in early July. Everything about the experience was "5+ stars". The condo is beautiful, the location convenient and as an owner, Erich was responsive and very easy to work with. Given the situation with Covid we decided to cook most of our meals in the condo; my wife's comment being that it was beautifully stocked and felt like cooking at home. Really enjoyed the Condo. Loved the location and the views. The terrace is amazing and wish we had more time to enjoy it. There is a fire pit and a large grill that we didn't get to use. The condo is very clean and decorated very nicely. The little town is charming, and it is such a bonus to be able to park the car and walk everywhere. It is a short walk to the beach also. The location is ideal, and the beach was beautiful. The condos was exceptional in every way. Every detail was perfect and the owner even provides beach chairs and umbrella. We had the best stay in Watch Hill! The location of this condo is unbeatable. Walk to the beaches, carousel, lighthouse, restaurants/shops and much more! I have stayed in many high-end rentals in New England but this was clearly the most amazing. The pictures posted do not do the property justice. When we arrived we were impressed by the how new and tastefully appointed the unit was. The open floor plan made it easy for us to enjoy time together. The property was so convenient to everything in Watch Hill. Very comfortable, well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen, and a wonderful front porch and eat out patio. Easy to get to the public beach, down to the shops, and just to mill around town. Sitting just right on the front porch you can see the sunset which is gorgeous or take a hop up to the lighthouse for a spectacular view. Erich has done a fantastic job making sure the space is comfortable and special. Very easy to work with. We will be back.

The condo in Watch Hill was the perfect location for a kick-off to summer family trip. The place was very clean, well-stocked, much larger than expected, and nicely decorated. Wonderful stay at a great property. One nice element is that it is the place at the end of Bay Street in Watch Hill you have some side windows that look out. The owner was nice and helpful to deal with at all times. Definitely would return.

Our family of 4 stayed here while we were attending a wedding at Ocean House. It was a very quick walk, and you are in the middle of everything, but it is so quiet and spacious. We had a wonderful stay in Watch Hill. Erich's home was meticulous, beautiful and in a perfect location. Erich was very responsive to questions and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of this condo is in walking distance to many gems... including town, Napatree Reservation, the Watch Hill Lighthouse great little shops and magnificent sight-seeing. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how much fun we did have.

We thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights in Watch Hill staying at Erich’s lovely condo. It was just as pictured, in the perfect location, and Erich was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We hope to return for the same long weekend next year!

My wife Sandra & I booked this Unit for my Birthday weekend. We planned dinner at Ellas Restaurant for the first night That was delicious. Second day we had breakfast at Sift Bakery down the street from our Unit. Be prepared to wait in line their that good. They open at 8am. The unit comes with Beach access so we took advantage of that and spent a couple of hours taking in the sun. Lastly we went to the Ocean House Hotel for dinner. All in all great weekend. The place was spotless very comfortable felt like home. Excellent location u can see and hear the ocean from deck. Would definitely stay again next summer. Oh and bonus the owner let us go up to roof top deck to enjoy the view for a couple hours. Best relaxing vacation ever.

My two adult children, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week in Erich’s unit. He was there when we arrived and checked in with us twice throughout the week. The unit is clean and very well-kept, and all the appliances and finishes are on the higher end. The best part is the balcony which overlooks downtown Watch Hill with the ocean in the background. This is the perfect RI beach experience! The condo is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Most of your beach supplies are in the spacious closets. The beach is right across the street and shopping and restaurants are right out your door. The lighthouse and East beach are a short walk up the street. My family and i stayed at this condo right in the heart of watch hill in late June. The owner, Erich, has everything we could need - washing machine, towels, kitchen supplies, soaps and detergents, etc etc. Comfy beds, spacious living room, and fun deck to people watch and grill! Photos don't due this property justice. Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom condo with fully-equipped kitchen. Owner is member of Carousel Beach (directly across the street). Renters have access to beach and all its amenities (restrooms, changing rooms, umbrella/beach chair rentals, food stand.) Very convenient for older members of our party. I have only positive things to say about our stay here. The condo is gorgeous, very clean, and has everything we needed! The location is convenient to the beach, and the shops and restaurants which are right across the street, downstairs in the same building, and down the street. Rented this lovely condo for a girls weekend in late May. The unit is absolutely lovely, spacious, very clean & cared-for and well-appointed. The two parking spaces are near the door and super convenient. The owner is very responsive, helpful with whatever questions I had and was overall, a pleasure to work with on the rental process.
